The outside temperature may be freezing, but construction activity at 904 West is heating up fast. Last week we completed the installation of our new solar panels. This exciting milestone represents a major step forward in providing individual solar power to each unit. Lighthouse Solar did an amazing job on this groundbreaking project, installing panels in just three days. We are also pushing forward with the exterior design of our front facade, which will be complete in January. Within a few weeks, our first units will be ready to move in!

We are fast approaching another major milestone – the opening of our new on-site Sales Center. Once it’s open you’ll be able to stop by and experience the full range of benefits of living at 904 West. ATTENTION!! 904 West contracts have officially arrived and our first units are ready to be sold! We will have 3 live-work units, 2 commercial spaces and 5 residences ready to occupy by January 1st, 2010. On the construction side, we have two exciting updates to share. The installation of the solar panels by Lighthouse Solar begins this week and should be completed by December. We will have the only photovoltaic system in downtown Austin offering individual solar power to each unit! Also, the transformation of our front facade is underway with elliptical entrance taking shape. The framing on the front is already complete!

Public Sales Begin

This month, we are kicking off public sales on Phase One of 904 West!

About 1/2 of our 33 units are on sale starting this month, with 1/1 residential prices starting in the 160’s.
