On the construction side, we have two exciting updates to share. The installation of the solar panels by Lighthouse Solar begins this week and should be completed by December. We will have the only photovoltaic system in downtown Austin offering individual solar power to each unit! Also, the transformation of our front facade is underway with elliptical entrance taking shape. The framing on the front is already complete!
