The Grand Opening celebration for 904 West Condos was a huge success. With over 400 attendees, we had a packed house that enjoyed walking through the condos, listening to music by DJ Manny while snacking on Whole Foods fare and sipping amazing cocktails from Grey Goose and Red Stripe Beer.
Thank you to all our sponsors and most importantly all our attendees who also helped raise around $7800 for the Boys and Girls club of Austin! This has become one of Charity Bash’s most successful events to date.

CTCAR and Prudential event this past week!

904 West hosted a CTCAR membership drive complete with music by Mark Gibson, BBQ from Pok-e-joe’s and beverages to enjoy the beautiful night! We had a record turn out for this event and received some great feedback from everyone that attended.
On Sunday, we hosted the Prudential Tour of Realtors and met with Realtors from all over the nation. We were in good company as our tour included, 904 West, Spring Condos, W Hotel and Residences, and The Austonian. Despite the rain, people still turned out to see our progress and solar panels!

Sales Center Coming Soon

The outside temperature may be freezing, but construction activity at 904 West is heating up fast. Last week we completed the installation of our new solar panels. This exciting milestone represents a major step forward in providing individual solar power to each unit. Lighthouse Solar did an amazing job on this groundbreaking project, installing panels in just three days. We are also pushing forward with the exterior design of our front facade, which will be complete in January.

We are fast approaching another major milestone – the opening of our new on-site Sales Center. Once it’s open you’ll be able to stop by and experience the full range of benefits of living at 904 West. On the construction side, we have two exciting updates to share. The installation of the solar panels by Lighthouse Solar begins this week and should be completed by December. Also, the transformation of our front facade is underway with elliptical entrance taking shape. The framing on the front is already complete!

Preview Party A Huge Success!

Mother Nature must approve of our eco-friendly design at 904 West, because she let up from torrential rains Monday to let us hold our amazing Preview Party Tuesday night under a pure blue Texas sky!

Well over 100 people attended the party at 904 West last night, eager to see the progress of our little development downtown. Our guests were treated to some delicious food, great drinks, live music and a personal tour of the site. How many other developers throw a party on-site while their development is still under construction? After this event, they all should. The feedback and interest we are receiving on the project has been tremendous!
