2010 Envision Central Texas Community Stewardship Award Finalist

Posted by | contentMgr

904 West was a finalist for Envision Central Texas Community Stewardship Award – Redevelopment category. We are thrilled to be recognized and to be in great company as that of this year’s winner: Midtown Commons at Crestview Station – a mixed-use, transit-oriented development located on Lamar Boulevard, along Capital Metro’s Red Line commuter rail.

Envision Central Texas is a non-profit organization comprised of a diverse group of citizens, including neighborhood, environmental, business leaders and policy makers, who share the common goal of addressing sensible growth with the interests of the region’s citizens in mind. For more information on this organization and for a list of the finalists, please visit http://www.envisioncentraltexas.org/

We love seeing neighborhood parks, businesses and people in the news, so we thought we’d share this article! The BMX park on 9th Street is right across from Duncan Park, which 904 West Condos backs to. It is great to see these daredevils every weekend while strolling the neighborhood and grabbing a cup of coffee at Emerald City Press!
