GRAND OPENING EVENT benefitting The Boys and Girls Club of Austin along with CharityBash – This Thursday, April 8th 7-10pm!

We look forward to seeing you Thursday, April 8th, at the 904 West grand opening party from 7-10 PM. We have partnered with CharityBash to help raise money for the Boys and Girls Club of Austin. If you have not been by the project lately, there are alot of exciting elements and progress you need to see. The sales model will be ready and we will have food and refreshments from Whole Foods and Gray Goose vodka along with DJ Manny for entertainment! Please RSVP to info@904west.com. Several of the bungalows are under contract as well as a few of the residences so if you are thinking of making a move or taking advantage of the $8000 tax credit, now is the time! In addition, we are proud to announce that the Austin Business Journal has nominated 904 West for the Going Green Award. The nomination is a recognition of 904 West as a green builder leader in the effort to protect the environment by making efforts to incorporate environmentally sustainable practices into the project. That’s two nominations in one month! See you Thursday…
