Preview Party A Huge Success!

Mother Nature must approve of our eco-friendly design at 904 West, because she let up from torrential rains Monday to let us hold our amazing Preview Party Tuesday night under a pure blue Texas sky!

Well over 100 people attended the party at 904 West last night, eager to see the progress of our little development downtown. Our guests were treated to some delicious food, great drinks, live music and a personal tour of the site. How many other developers throw a party on-site while their development is still under construction? After this event, they all should. The feedback and interest we are receiving on the project has been tremendous!

Preview Party – Part Two

There is only one week to go before our 904 West Preview Party on Tuesday, October 27 and you are officially invited! If you haven’t received an invitation, consider this blog post your VIP pass…just make sure to RSVP at info@904west.com by Friday, October 23 to get on the list!

The Preview Party will be Tuesday, October 27 on site at 904 West Avenue in downtown Austin from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with live music, food from Rio Grande Mexican Restaurant and drinks from Dripping Springs Vodka, Paula’s Spirits and Z Tequila. We will also have demonstrations from our top vendors including Lighthouse Solar and Bosch. Plus, you will get to see the best of what 904 West has to offer, including our ideal downtown location!

We’re proud to announce that Deborah Johnson, a well-known local interior designer, has been chosen to select the interior finishes of 904 West. Her website features some great samples of her work: http://www.architecture365.com. Some of these finishes will include a variety of wood flooring, natural stone countertops, and LED lighting throughout. You can see samples of our finishes at the Preview Party next week.

Preview Party

It’s hard to believe it is already October! 904 West is coming along on schedule and we’re planning to have our first units available within just a few months. An upgrade of the entire roof structure is nearly complete and the solar panel grid is already under construction. If you’ve driven by in the last month, you can visually see the changes taking place.

In an effort to provide a rare “inside” look at the project during construction, we are hosting an exclusive Preview Party on October 27 for select downtown neighbors and guests. As we’ve mentioned before, we are taking some advanced steps in eco-friendly development, including a groundbreaking solar program designed to provide each unit its own solar power system. We are teaming with Lighthouse Solar on the project and representatives will be on hand at the party to demonstrate the new features of this cool new system. We will also have representatives from Bosch appliances. Before I forget, we will be offering some tasty beverages from Emerald City Press, along with yummy eats from Rio Grande Mexican Restaurant.

We are speaking with some additional vendors as well, so keep checking in!
